Production & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Studio & Production Management:

• Manage and operate studio and podcast recording equipment.
• Oversee the smooth execution of podcast recordings and video shoots.
• Handle photography and videography for studio and podcast productions.
• Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content (reels, short-form videos, and live streams).
•  Ensure brand consistency across all digital content.

Social Media Strategy & Management:

•  Develop and implement effective social media strategies for different accounts to grow brand presence and engagement.
•  Manage and monitor social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
•  Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, stories, and reels.
•  Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.
•  Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.
•  Monitor social media trends, analytics, and insights to optimize content performance.
•  Stay ahead of industry trends to create relevant and engaging content.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency:

•  Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Video Producer.
•  Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong photography and videography skills with a keen eye for detail.
•  Experience managing and operating studio and podcast equipment.

Creative & Analytical Skills:

•  Creative mindset with the ability to produce trend-driven content.
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
•  Fluency in Arabic & English.
